Friday Night Light renewed for two seasons!

Am happy for FNL fans but so many better shows deserve the luck FNL has had because it would struggle to survive on CW never mind NBC. NBC better be getting a really really sweet deal from this otherwise they are frkicking mad for brining it back.

It's a money maker for them with the deal they have with DirectTV.

People act like the networks care about awards and shit, they really don't unless the award gets them some money.

If the show cost 2 million an episode, and DirectTV is paying 1-1.5 million (which they have to be paying for at least 50%) then NBC get's the show for dirt cheap, and someone at NBC openly said they really like the show and wish more people would watch.

All I mean is NBC would not even consider such an offer if they where better off, they would just of axed this show back before any such Direc deal was considered. NBC should look at there other shows for similar deals because they are all failing.

Well how friday nights gone it been proved NBC was wrong to cancel LAS VEGAS but that has no bearing over what am saying and am sorry if you can't see that. Simple fact the only reason FNL is coming back is NBC is in the shit so they looked for a deal in the 1st place and were lucky to get one this good cause the ratings are shite.

I am not saying the show is bad and it would do better if not on friday nights, they want a better night for there target audience, NBC's fault not FNL's. Personally I would air the show on Sundays after NFL season is over since its only 13 episode seasons and the NFL audience is used to being in on sunday nights, which would help a show about American football.
