If they go the TV route they could also intrduce then on AOS first, as recurring characters for a season. They could come into to help out with whatever the big arc is, and they could throw in some references to Reed having some kind of big experiment that he's planning. The season could then end with them disappearing and it turns out that they performed the experiment. What Marvel really needs for their next phase of movies is the FF's villains, especially the cosmic ones. I'd love to see a Fantastic Four series, and with the movie brand so tainted that might be the best bet. The only real issue is the segregation between Marvel TV and the Movies. For that reason alone I think we won't get a series. I could see them introducing the Fantastic Four in another movie, skipping the origin (just a quick flashback) to test the waters for a solo movie.
As for the X-Men, my preference would be to bring the current movie universe into the MCU as an alternate universe, that way we could still have crossovers, but we would leave both universes as they are. Kind of like Supergirl and the other Arrowverse shows.
I think Hugh Jackman even said at one point after Logan came out that he would be willing to play Wolverine again if it was an Avengers crossover.
