Yeesh. Had it twice many years ago. Definitely not fun, and it saps your strength something fierce. I was so weak halfway through it that I just ended up sleeping (when I could) right there on the bathroom floor. It's probably advisable to go to the hospital for stuff this bad, but I couldn't make it halfway to the car before I'd have to run back to the bathroom.
