I just hope I don't sit next to Ted Striker.

I use to love sitting next to the window, but these days that seat leaves me feeling very claustrophobic, so now i HAVE to sit on the aisle. God forbid i have to sit in the middle seat!
From the FAQ, that you should really read in its entirety:
How early should I arrive at the airport prior to my flight?
It is recommended that travelers arrive in the terminal approximately 90 minutes prior to departure, although, two hours prior is prudent during peak travel periods. In addition, most airlines have a required bag check of 30-45 minutes prior to departure. With the new security checkpoint procedures and other screening measures in place, passengers should allow adequate time for security checks.
In your case I would arrive at least two hours before.

Yeah, I'm lucky that people I travel with let me have the aisle seat generally. I get airsick (meds or not) so it helps to have some breathing room.
I have had two occasions, when the person next to me has drinked not only the served achohol..but also his own stuff^ Even though I am a drinker, so far I've made a point of not drinking in the air, from what I understand it the dehydration in an aeroplane makes for a bitch of a hangover, though of course I'm not speaking from experience.
Do any of you drink while flying?![]()
I just told my friend tonight that next week I'll be on a KLM flight that apparently has free booze and she acted surprised that I didn't know all airlines have free booze.
Am I wrong? I'd never heard of that till last week and only about KLM.
