I was on there way back in the day, but it's been probably 20 years since I was regularly active. Sad to see it go.

That is a little sad; I was very active on Flare way back when. Indeed it was the main place I'd post my trek fanart, back when that was a thing that I did. Indeed, the wayback crawl of the forum may be the only place where some of those images still exist anywhere!

Well that is sad. I thought I'd log into Flare to check on the latest, and it's gone. The people there were nice. I have nothing but good memories from that place.
