Unless there's something wrong on my end, it looks like Flare has suddenly and without warning had its domain expired. Anyone else who is a member there like @137th Gebirg , can you verify this?

Yep. The cybersquatting page that’s there now says it’s owned by “Namecheap”. If someone else has already swooped in and grabbed it up like that, its previous incarnation is usually considered gone for good. Another end of an era.

It looks like another old sci-fi board may have just vanished, too, unless there's just a hiccup. All Sci-Fi's been living on borrowed time since December after the man who ran it died, and no one seemed to be able to get information necessary to save it. I assume the hosting bills have gone unpaid,

I hate seeing old forums die out. We're growing little by little.
That wasn't the intention. I merely posted a link to my forum (which is about more than fan audio), to show a forum that is new and growing, since you posted about one that is gone. I meant no self promotion (although I can see why you'd think that), especially since I've already done that elsewhere on here.
With all respect due, you can have your thread, and I can delete that post if it bothers you.
