

Ugly, ugly softball game today. Myriad problems, to which I contributed: 1-3 without getting past first base. Overall, I'm 10-18 (.556), which is over a hundred points better than last year, so I'm not totally demoralized.
I even made spreadsheets and a workout journal for him! I bought him a frickin binder!

My workout routine has completely gone to hell without him. (He says he's not doing much better out there, either.) Luckily we found out this week he's coming home at the end of September. YAayyyy!
So I should be able to get back into some serious training then, with my workout buddy back in town.
Sounds like you had a good year overall. Congrats!And we're done with the playoffs. We fielded our banged-up and short-handed bottom seed against the top-seeded team and got a thrashing. I went 0-2 but had a good play at second base.
