over Spock! I think Pine must be wearing brown contacts. His eyes definitely look darker. Nero looks like he has part of his ear torn off, and I LOVE that tattoo! It's very Romulanesque.

I also just looked at the poster. Awesomeness. Kirk looks, well, like Kirk should.
Nero looks badass. Uhura is smoking hot. Spock is Spock.
Guess I wasn't the only one thinking that.
I know that there is a tattoo on his forhead dude. That's a no brainer.
You have to look at this image from a photographer/artist's mindset. I am both so I picked up on it right away.
Look at the high points on his left forehead. Highpoints are where light shines on it before a surface dips back into shadow. That is a definitive ridge and the Rembrandt lighting setup they used plainy exposes it. I have traced an outline around the ridged area to demonstrate it as well as included a picture of Eric Bana sans makeup that shows that his head doesn't naturally have this type of ridge. Also if you look at his tattoo in the full image below his bottom lip, you can see that what might appear to be wings are actually just the natural way his goatee grows around the small tribal like tattoo under his lip.
Not to be picky, but if you look at the large versions of the images - doesn't it look like Spock's sideburn is floating detached from his cheek? It's even casting a shadow.
I think its just a shadow on his face, and that the sideburn is up behind that. It does look like it floating though.
The tip of his ear looks scarred and mangled. Maybe he went a few rounds with Mike Tyson.
