Today Star Trek got a whole lot realer. In their Comic Con Preview edition, Entertainment Weekly has a sneak peek at some posters that are going to be given way at Comic Con next week…and for the first time ever we have images of actual cast members from JJ Abrams Star Trek

I also just looked at the poster. Awesomeness. Kirk looks, well, like Kirk should.
Nero looks badass. Uhura is smoking hot. Spock is Spock.

Not to be picky, but if you look at the large versions of the images - doesn't it look like Spock's sideburn is floating detached from his cheek? It's even casting a shadow.

I am really digging the kick assness of Nero, cause really when was the last time that Trek had a kick ass villian? Chang in TUC? And I am not saying we haven't had good villians, but just some kick ass SOB that everyone loves to hate will be an interesting aspect to Trek.

I think its just a shadow on his face, and that the sideburn is up behind that. It does look like it floating though.

Interesting that Spock looks like he is wearing the classic TOS uniform from that little collar. No doubt there are significant changes below the shoulders, though. I would prefer ears that were a little bigger, but I have big issues with his look. Uhura looks like she is wearing a jacket to me but that could be a uniform too. Kirk seems very arrogant (a good thing for this movie). I wonder if he is wearing a civilian shirt.
