First Contact

The entire cast of Robocop: various episodes and movies.

Clarence Boddicker: President of the Federation in TUC, plus he was in Voyager
Sgt Reed: a Klingon in DS9
old boss guy: (well he was in The Last Starfighter and the original terrible BSG instead, so maybe not but close enough)
Dick Jones: jerk Captain in Chain of Command
Bob: low ranking Starfleet officer in Star Trek 3
Murphy: evil admiral in the new movie

Leonard Nimoy: The Lieutenant and the Outer Limits. Nichelle Nichols in the former as well.

I remembered Patrick Stewart from "Dune" and ... least we forget "I, Claudius" from the early 70's. I recently caught a reun of the series on PBS and was almost laughing at Patrick Stewart's wavy dark hair.
:vulcan:

Patrick Stewart's hair in I, Claudius was short, grey, and slightly curly.

I, Claudius is where I first saw Patrick Stewart. I also saw him in Dune, and he played Henry, Duke of Suffolk in Lady Jane (Jane's father, whose ill-advised quest to restore her to the throne of England ends up causing Queen Mary to reverse her decision to spare Jane from execution).

I have to admit, at first it seemed odd to see Sejanus/Gurney Halleck on the bridge of the Enterprise. But he quickly made the role of Picard as familiar as the others I'd seen him play, and the fact that the female members of my local Star Trek club really liked him enabled me to coax them into watching I, Claudius ("Psst! Wanna see a miniseries with Captain Picard wearing a Roman miniskirt?" They did, so we had fun watching him go from heroic starship captain to evil, conniving commander of the Praetorian Guard).

I saw Roots when it was first shown on TV, so I was pleased to see Levar Burton in the cast. He was terrific as the young Kunta Kinte.

I first saw Rosalind Chao on M*A*S*H. She ended up marrying Klinger in the series finale (he supplied the wedding dress!).

Andrew Robinson in Hellraiser - that voice is unmistakable!

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned Patrick Stewart in Excalibur - I don't know how many times I saw that film growing up, awesome. ;)

I love "Excalibur". Hadn't seen it in ages. I totally forgot that Stewart was in it.
Speaking of "Hellraiser". Terry Farrel starred in one of the Hellraiser " sequels. As a blonde. I remember that it came out right before DS9 started.
Back in 91' Scott Bakula starred in "Necessary Roughness" as a thirtysomething farmer that goes back to college as the quarterback of a football team that lost all of it's good players due to some scandal. Kathy Ireland was the soccer player turned field goal kicker.

I first saw Kate Mulgrew in Remo Williams The Adventure Begins where she was quite good. Also in that film was Patrick Kilpatrick, who played Reese, from DS9's Siege of AR-558. Joel Gray (from a Voyager episode) was also in that movie.

Reign of Fire featured both Alexander Siddig and Alice Krige
