Firefox 3 strangeness

When I go to save something, like a photo, while in FF3, I am unable to simply hit the Enter key to perform the save. I have to hit the save button with the mouse. This is only with FF3, FF2 used to accept the enter key for this action. I've reinstalled FF3 to try & fix this, but no luck.
Any ideas? I know it's a small problem, but a strange one.

I think FF3 has many, many issues. I am on AT&T's G3 wireless Internet for my home system, and FF3 didn't work well with it. Tabbed browsing was particularly hindered in that I had to wait for an existing tab to finish loading before opening a new tab. If I tried to get two to load at once, they'd both hang until I closed out one of them.

I ended up going back to FF2 on my home machine for the time being.

Also, the FF3 spell checker doesn't seem to like contractions and underlines them as errors.
