Yes kiddies, my avatar is indeed there for a reason. I've never seen a forehead that big, and that's without make-up.

Your challenge is to find a bigger forehead (no pictures of Picard, that is slightly cheating, as his forehead and afthead join...), and you are allowed actors with prosthetics as long as they don't give them a false hairline. So no Klingons or Cardassians you big big cheaters!

Well, I don't think anyone would have posted any pics of Cardassians, anyway, since their false hairlines only serve to make their foreheads smaller, even if the real ones are sizable...
