After what happened to Laird on BSG, I say he deserves better, even if this character is a bit of a prick.

You know, that moron who's going with Scott can be one of the eight, IMO.

Nah, I like notLaird when he's not being too panicky.

Besides, they won't have a real moral dilemma this late in the show and after having this whole plan to get the palladium (when did this turn into Mass Effect?).

Damn, I really wish that they would release an OST for this show. It's the only bit of SGU merchandise I wouldn't mind owning.

And LOL at the BSG style shuttle flight.

He reminds me of that one character from Atlantis... Name escapes me for the moment.
Kavenaugh.

That's the one!

:techman:

You know, I always assumed eighty-some people was a bit undermanned for Destiny, but judging by the number of stasis pods, it looks like that's exactly what she was designed for. Big sucker for such a small crew. Also, lucky that Riley, the freakout scientists in "Air," and all the LA kids died, or they'd really be screwed.

God, they've pulled out the "Rush is untrustworthy" card AGAIN.

And Eli's courage is coming out of nowhere.

I had this theory (again, based on if the show had been allowed to continue) that there might've been pods in an unexplored section of the ship that contained some frozen Ancients.

Again, we'll never know.

And man, did Eli just grow himself a set or what?

:techman:

I do like the tour of the darkening ship. It really mirrors the tour in the pilot well.

Sucks that there's no resolution for Eli, but that's a pretty good metaphor for SGU.

Wow.

I'm rendered somewhat speechless. That may have just been the best ep of SGU ever.

What a pisser that it ends here.

:(
