Final scene in Pt.II

Maybe it'll end happily and Picard returns to the Chateau in time for Christmas. Looking at his Christmas tree, he notices a bauble glowing strangely and realises he never left the Nexus...

You have no idea how much I would explosively LOL

"That's not right...this can't be real.."

Q: On the contrary Jean Luc, it could not be more real"

The task force from DS12 arrives with the E in the lead to find that Picard and his erstwhile allies have defeated the Zhat Vash and made peace with the Synths.
WORF: Admiral, what happened here?
PICARD: Therein hangs a tale, Captain Worf.

It's totally going to be Lore assuming leadership of the synths, with the help of the Michael Douglas de-aging software from Ant-Man to make Brent Spiner look more like his old self.

Pfft, Michael Douglas is the one guy they couldn’t de-age properly in MCU, not a great example. Now if they could pull off a Nick Fury, now we’re talking.

I wasn't big on the idea of Lore returning initially, but the idea of Alton Soong as Lore in disguise (of a sort) has grown on me.

Also, hello!
