Final Mission

An excellent thing happened to me today! I thought I had seen every TNG episode several times. My girlfriend and I put this one on, and as the minutes passed by, it dawned on me that I had never seen this before! A completely new Trek episode to enjoy! I never thought it could happen! I knew the basic plot - obviously I must have read about it somewhere and assumed I'd seen it. It being a "Wesley" episode, I never got around to watching it "again".

Anyway. It was a good send off for one of my least favourite characters. Quite enjoyable.

Always nice to run into an episode you haven't seen. I still haven't seen Skin of Evil for some reason.

WHAT?? That's like hearing that someone hasn't seen Spock's Brain, or Kirk fighting the Gorn. It just isn't right. Go see it now, that's an order! ;)

I have not seen this episode.. What happened to Tasha?

Yes, I could imagine your surprise! It was a good episode with some great lines between Picard & Wesley.

Well, I’ve seen every single episode of TNG, but not seen most of the season 1 & 2 episodes in many many years (so they would probably feel like first-time viewings for me if I saw them again) because they were on average rather bad productions with little to no repeat value (including 'Code of Honour' which Frakes later admitted to being 'racist' and Spiner labelled it 'embarrassing', lol).

Maniarek.

I've always enjoyed final mission. This first duty and journeys end I think were wesleys best episode. If only he had been like this in all episodes.
Not always saving the ship, showing weakness having interesting conflict with Picard.
