Anybody remember this and have it handy? It was a website (maybe a YouTube video, but I seem to recall a website with a separate page for each image) that had photos where cats were to well hidden/camouflaged into the setting that you had to look hard in each photo to find the cat -- if you found it at all.

I probably saw it in this thread, but there are 439 pages, so...

That sounds vaguely familiar. There are probably more than a few out there...not necessarily well-maintained after all those years.
