A quick update: Buddy managed to get his feeding tube out by himself the night before his vet appointment (argh) BUT he doesn't need it anymore as he's eating on his own. He is still separated (and getting a bit of cabin fever) and getting meds, but we're only looking at about another month.
We're all hoping he gets better and better.
Just whippin' up a nice fresh cat souffle.
