Feline Follies

Those claws look nasty.

My grandfather (who wasn't really a cat person) once told about how he was visiting a friend's place and the cat jumped on his lap.

He went to remove the cat and it's reaction? Well Grandpa was very glad he was in his police uniform which had heavy woolen trousers.....

Her markings reminds me of our first cat, Spooky. She was a decorative cat. If she was up on a high perch, you stood across the room to admire what a beautiful cat she was, but you didn't dare go over and try to pet her. I had to get her down once (time for visit to vet) so I literally put my fencing mask on to protect my face from her claws.

That seems like a tragic accident waiting to happen. I don't care how gentle and friendly those lions appear to be, they are still incredibly strong wild animals--one misplaced claw or one "love" bite, and someone is in the hospital with horrible injuries.
Yeah, that just seems like a really bad idea. Just letting them come over by the truck thing they were in wouldn't be to bad, but letting them crawl all over the people like that, just seems way to dangerous to me. All it would take is one wrong move from a person or lion, and thing could get really ugly, very quickly.
Buddy's doing better. Kidneys are back to normal and liver enzyme's are down from holyshit! high to just high. Next follow-up is 3/29.
