As the on-going drama of our attempts to move into our new house drag on, I've been packing and re-organizing. The other day, we packed up all our files and had a few boxes left over. Junior went missing, and I couldn't find him anywhere. I started to get worried but then it dawned on me where he'd be.

I was digging through my old papers and found this article I cut out of some garbage magazine a family member was buying. This is from sometime 1997 (the article on the back about a contest says entries must be received by January, 1998, so this has to be from 1997).

According to a website called PetLoss, where people post the deaths of their pets, Newman was born and died: 1992 to 2002. And she gave him a full name, too: Newman Charles Catrymple.
