Bandit (aka. El Bandido: the Wonder Cat (because we wondered about him), aka Captain Oblivious...) was like that too - except he topped out at 20 pounds (long and lanky) and yep - he had a V8 engine in there somewhere!

Must be something about big orange boy cats... Mister purrs VERY loudly!

our ginger wasn’t an overly louder purrer but our tuxedo was (not to mention a bit of a drooler).

some nights I’d hear my bedroom door open accompanied by purring followed by a heavy thud as he jumped on my bed.
