Feline Follies

Or, and I like this option better, subscribe to TrekBBS and upload them directly from your computer to....here.

Works too! :)

the only difficulty is size .. the size problem In that My iPad photos I upload to fb then download them after fb crunched them into far more reasonable size --- less then 1 megabyte. all my iPad photos are over ,,, easily over one megabyte if not over 2..

with video .. that is most difficult to find gifs that fit that container .. so either I post with the link or.. say.. just post the link .. to the non-hosting site. but sometimes it is just too difficult to find the correct format being mp4 will not post in link form from weird sites you know... but we all work these problems out in our own way,.

My indoor only cat who does not attack or care about bugs did something pretty cool the other day. She was on her window sill bed and she picked something up that was on the sill twice and dropped it. Then she sat back and let out her come and get this "mommy meow". So I went to see what it was and she had picked up a bee twice! A bee! We get them all the time on wood we bring in. Since it is still winter and they hibernate on the wood we bring in, they wake up as they get warm in the house. It happens too often. But since the bee was not all the way awake my cat didn't get stung! Cool she did it and showed me, just glad she didn't get stung! Has any of your cats gotten bees? Did they get stung?

I have never had a cat get a bee but when I was a kid, our golden retriever chased a wasp and got stung on the side of his nose, poor thing. It was so swollen that it looked like he had two noses for a week.

Two stories:
#1: My sister had a seal point Siamese cat. Once, my brother-in-law was shaving in the bathroom and the cat, Skoshi, trotted in and dropped a bee on his bare foot. A very angry bee. He said he nearly cut his throat dancing away from the angry, wet bee.
#2: My cat, Rusty, showed up one day with a huge front paw and a lump under his chin. We guessed that he caught a bee or a wasp and tried to eat it, and was stung on his paw and in his mouth/throat. He was a mighty hunter! Or mighty stupid... He was a great kitty.
