^I stopped giving my cat toys. She only plays with them for a few minutes and then they just lay around. If she wants to play, I'll just wad up a little piece of paper and she bats it around the house. She does have a battery powered mouse that squeaks when she bats it, I hang it from the knob on the front door and she bats it when she wants to look out the door.

I buy toys for Junior and then he plays with the packaging it came in. His favorite toys currently are a rubber stopper that fell off the back off a drawer, the plastic ring of a milk jug lid, and the vinyl strap on my phone case.
I had a cat, Stinky, who would fetch. They used to sell little octopus toys that you could throw at the wall and they'd slowly roll down the wall. She would really go after those and bring them back to us with most of their tentacles hanging out of her mouth. My neighbor's cat liked to play with the ring from a milk jug. If you tossed it, she would go get it and return it to you. Only cat I ever knew who loved to play "fetch".
I had a cat named Stinky, too! She was fed too much worm medicine and had a violent reaction to it, poor kitty. She later had a weight problem and my son used to call her Pork Itty (instead of "poor kitty")I had a cat, Stinky, who would fetch. That's funny. Mine was originally named Elvira by the shelter. We knew we were going to give her a new name but hadn't decided on one yet. We brought her home along with the pet supplies we had just gotten for her. The first thing she did was use the litter box and she felt so good she started running through the house making an "Arrrr" sound. A legend was born.I had a cat named Stinky, too!

Not so much. She didn't look much like the Mistress of the Dark either. Not an Oak Ridge Boys fan, I take it?![]()
It so funny how cats end up with so many nicknames and the way they morph are always interesting and usually hilarious too!I had a cat named Stinky, too! Got a new cat today. Zoey
For that special fluffyness, use Beckmann's Brushes. Your fur will thank you for it.
