I don't know why this makes me laugh but it does.

Knowing why this kitten looks like it does makes it impossible for me to "like" this one... Poor little thing...
I thought it was just a goofy looking kitty. What's wrong with it?

I can't remember the name of the condition but, it's basically a nasty birth defect. Kinda like the feline equivalent of Downs syndrome.
I didn't realize. I thought that it might have been photoshopped or something.

Hahaha. I am closely supervised every time; I suppose they are making sure I don’t miss any clumps. Then one of them must use one of the fresh boxes immediately.
If I forget at night to clean their boxes, one of my cats, Willow, will always remind me that this needs to be done. If I don't catch her reminders, she won't cuddle with me when I go to bed.
