I lost my boy One-Eyed Jack in October. He was 16 years old. I will miss him for a long time.
My husband and I hated the way that the house felt without a feline presence, so we fostered a young female who had just just been hit by a car and had her front leg amputated as a result. We are foster fail!
We have adopted Chelsea...and if I can ever remember my Flickr account name and sign in I will post some pictures!

So Millie has now taken to sleeping atop a stack of "bags for life" that I put on a chair after the grocery shopping last week.
No doubt I will soon have to go and buy 4 more bags to go shopping with because (this is how well trained I am) I don't want to disturb somewhere she finds comfortable.
How she finds folding nylon Waitrose bags comfortable is beyond me.
