I can do one better, sometimes my cat will indicate he wants fed, so he watches me put the food out, then ignores it. So I go back to the opposite end of the house and he'll want in. So I walk him back around to his food and then he decides he wants to eat it.

I mean, they really do NOT like bananas.

I was eating a banana while watching TV, and one of the cats, Sherlock, jumped up on the arm of the couch to beg for a nibble. I said, "I doubt you'd like this," as I let him take a sniff. He recoiled so much he fell over backwards off the couch.

After I finished eating, I was sitting there letting the peel dangle. Mycroft came over to investigate, took one whiff, and immediately swatted out out of my hand. Watson smelled it and starting to paw at the carpet in an attempt to bury it.
