Poor kitty. Mama is the one with thumbs who save them from weird scary bugs. My cats are always thrilled for the opportunity to hunt extra protein. It frustrates them that some of it can be airborne!
Junior is. He will sometimes cautiously paw them but moves out of the way if they come too close. My previous cat, Max, would eat any bug he saw.
isn’t Junior like, HUGE? It’s not the size of the cat in the fight it’s the size of the fight in the cat. The smallest of our 3 is the most aggressive and the largest is the most laid back - although she is the best mouser.
Yes, he's gigantic--21 pounds and more than 1 ft from paw to shoulder blade--and he's a big, fluffy baby. A spider crawled under the back door one night and Junior sat and watched it pass by. He gently nudged it with his paw, but when the spider kept moving forward, he got up and moved out of its way.
The cats aren't, though my Gran had a dog that was completely petrified of spiders (or until he noticed a human was standing behind him).
I saw a story on yahoo, but their vids rarely work so I googled it. Sold at Amazon among many other places.
I don't have a photo to post, but I recommend doing a Google search for "Vivo Maine Coon" images. You're welcome.
