Oh, that is awesome, XFozzboute! It has a very DS-9 feel to it.
Could you pull back and give us full-shots of your ships more often? I realize you like to do detailed work in one area before moving on to the next, but all these tight shots make it difficult to visualize the whole.

I finished the textures for the bridge so the entire command section is done for now. Time to move on to the primary hull.
And two full body shots.

Getting work done on the hull. The top and bottom look fine but the sloping sides are are fubared. My own fault for working late and working tired. not really thinking it through. So I’ll have to rewrap the sides and see what works.
I have to rethink the font on the front it’s just working right now.
I do like this bit on the nose. I may just take a few days off and relax.

I’d say I’m done with the first pass of textures for now. I have to make a decision on where to put the Name and NCC number. I don’t think it works on the nose. If I go with the alternate placement I’ll need to adjust the size and colors.
I’ll start getting to work on the secondary hull and then do a light grime pass.

No I don't normally use procedural textures.
