It really isn't
FTWD is a show designed to be a mirror for the real world. On the nose social commentary. Liking Troy on the show is the same thing as liking a serial killer who murders brown people in the real world.

Watching crookeddy argue with himself is entertaining.Yeah but this isn't real life, this is entertainment. I don't watch a zombie show to get an analysis of current race relations.
It is, as confirmed on Talking Dead.I heard that FTWD is coming back on Aug 12th.
It is, as confirmed on Talking Dead.
Now, whether Talking Dead returns on that date, remains to be seen, of course.

Well ibthink there are plenty of people who could do it...but Yvette Nicole Brown is by far the most qualified
Imagine... TWD returns with a before and after story telegraphs the death of its lead and (probably) the death of another important main character. Special CROSSOVER EVENT, as DANIEL arrives.
I use to be sick of all shows turning into TWD, including FTWD. Now I'm sick of shows turning into Westworld.
Yeah, I'm aware of Hardwick's troubles. Kind of why I expressed doubts about Talking Dead returning with the mid-season premiere of Fear.Talking Dead may also be getting an unplanned reboot along with AfterTrek. Seems that Chris Hardwick is having some #MeToo troubles of his own. Shit never ends with these guys. Guess his wick was a little too hard! Nyak nyak nyak...![]()
Well, there's no getting around the time jump gimmick. Its just a poor storytelling device to tease audiences about what might happen...only problem here is that the world knows Lincoln and Cohan have left TWD, so there's no real surprise. Unless cause of death is the angle the showrunners are playing.
Considering how low cost the show must be (like a penny a viewer, if not way less)..I doubt they would end it..they have time to develop changes and promo.Yeah, I'm aware of Hardwick's troubles. Kind of why I expressed doubts about Talking Dead returning with the mid-season premiere of Fear.
I kind of wonder if they're going to kill off Rick and Maggie in the Whisperer's heads on pikes thing? Maybe along with Ezekiel, who was killed in this part of the comics. Since Ezekiel's death was the plot twist of this story in the comics, they'll likely want to do something different in the show, perhaps someone else dying in addition to Ezekiel, like they chose Abraham to get beaten to death by Negen along with Glenn. Rick or Maggie are the only other ones they could choose to be "shocking" and if they go with both, along with Ezekiel, it'll really sell the Whisperers as a thread, having them effectively and literally decapitate the heads of the three communities.
