Quinto's Spock is more likeable. They didn't really give Peck much to work with, a bit bland, much like Burnham I guess.

My favorite arc was the Mirror Universe and then the Federation-Klingon War. I thought the first season arcs were stronger than the second season's.

When it comes to Quinto vs. Peck, I liked Quinto quite a bit. Peck was adequate but I didn't go crazy over his performance. I did think Quinto's Spock was a little too emotional, but then again, Abrams was all about pushing emotion and action, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt there.

When it comes to Burnham I still wish she had been the adopted daughter of Soval or T'Pol. She could still have the Vulcan upbringing, still be tied to a Trek legend (albeit one not as well known or heralded as Spock or Sarek), and avoiding all the headaches and heartburn over Burnham never being mentioned before, etc. Soval and T'Pol's futures were blank slates, and it gave the DISCO creators a lot of room to play around in. Soval or T'Pol being on DISCO also would've honored the tradition of handing the baton that we've had from Admiral McCoy on "Encounter at Farpoint" to Cochrane in "Broken Bow" and arguably Prime Spock in Star Trek 2009.
