favourite breakfast

I can't even imagine eating a breakfast like those quoted here. I'd feel miserable all day if I ate something so huge in the morning!

Bran flakes. You know it makes sense. :bolian:
Nope, carbs. Carbs make me feel sick and sleepy, because they raise my blood sugar. Hence the soy latte in the morning. I try to limit my carb intake to about 50 grams a day. Raisin Bran is one of my favorite low-blood sugar treats, though.
