You lie!!

Quite true. I just had to be silly. As music is part of my life.

Actually I like Bieber's latest Boyfriend song just fine. I want someone to do a Nu K/S vid to it.

Never heard. Don't really want to. Thankfully triple j don't play any crap like what I mentioned a few days ago.

For me, it would be:
Radiohead
Muse
Something For Kate
The Strokes
The National
Boy & Bear
Powderfinger
Arcade Fire
Custard
(plus at least 100 more)

Stone Temple Pilots
Pearl Jam
Hawksley Workman
Alice In Chains
R.E.M.
Gin Blossoms

I went to see Mark Lanegan last night. 300 capacity venue, I was right at the front. It was an amazing gig, he even played a few Screaming Trees tracks.

I was looking foward to a fith album.

I've recently heard Patrick Stumps (the leadsinger of FOB) lattest single "This City". There are two versions, one featuring this guy rapping in it, and the origional one with Just Patrick singing. I prefer the origional, the rapping does not go with the song well, or Patricks voacls. Still not the biggest fan of Patricks new stuff, but I suppose it's ok, it's basicly like if you put a couple of table spoons of the coman mainstream music, several teaspoons of Mikcel (can't spell :P) Jackson, and a pinch of fall out boy in a blender.

Did you know that Stump did everything on the album himself apart from the guy rapping in one song? He did all the singing, backing, everything!

No, I did not know that. I need to check it out in due time, see if it agrees with me.

If you like MJ, you'll probably like this, if youlike falloutboy, you may not like this, if you like mainstream music at the momment, you'll definately like this.

I don't mind it, it's just a bit of a shock to hear. I've not actully bought the album, just listened to it on you tube :P

Basicly, for the first ten or so seconds before Stump starts singing you think to yourself "oh f*ck, Stumps sold himself out, this sucks", but then when Stump sings, you think to yourself "not what I was expecting, but I could get into this". By the end of the song, you think to yourself "that was fun" and you want to hear it again. I don't like the bonus remix with the guy rapping in it though, it breaks the song up and makes it sounds cheap, plus it takes the attention off Stups voacls. Listen to the origional album version first ;)

Anyone mentioned Archive?

"Fuck you" must be the most fitting song if you really don't like someone.. play it in front of them with a huge smile on your face

"Collapse Collide" and "Again" are epic too.

Right now, it's New Trolls. They perfectly agglutinate jazz with rock and classical.

My music tastes are pretty varied:

AC/DC
Van Halen/Van Hagar
Dr. Dre
Eminem
Eazy-E
Hank III/Assjack
Adema
No Doubt
Matchbox Twenty
Green Day
Green Jello
Rob Zombie
Creedence Clearwater Revival

Jazz:

John Coltrane
Ornette Coleman
Wes Montgomery
Sublime -- and I'll add Miles Davis and all incarnations of his bands up to "Bitches Brew".

As for pop/rock/blues:
Beatles
Stones (up to mid-70's)
ACDC
Tone Tony Toni
Terry Callier
Robert Cray
Albert Collins
Talking Heads
