Favorite Vorta? If Any?

Believe it or not, I didn't know much of Iggy Pop when he was cast as Yelgrum, so I can't say there was any stunt casting.
Ira Behr was a big fan of Iggy Pop/Iggy and the Stooges, and had pushed for Iggy to be cast earlier in "Past Tense, Part II"; Iggy was unavailable at the time and the part went instead to Clint Howard.

Yelgrun, was not he the back stabbing Vorta in Rocks and Shoals

The Vorta that was killed by the Ferengi and was programmed to walk but malfunctioned and kept on walking into the bulkhead..
No, Yelgrun was the other Vorta in "The Magnificent Ferengi".

Weyoun tops the list definitely, but Yelgrun and Keevan are a very close joint second.

The Vorta embody bureaucratic phonies. Kilana was slimey, too, you just bought into her pretense. Weyoun was the gold standard.

It was fun watching the contrast between blunt Cardassian arrogance and the Vorta's civil veneer.
