Favorite Star Trek theme song

I know there’s another thread but I checked it’s 5 years old. What is your favorite Star Trek theme song. In this one I will be including discovery. There are so many some of them are loved and some of them are heated what’s your opinion.
DSC IS DISCOVERY.


Mines a three-way tie between TOS, DS9, and ENT

I voted DS9 'cause they my peeps.
I voted VOY 'cause it's one of the things I absolutely think they nailed. Jerry G does good work.
I voted ENT 'cause I'm contrary and the song grew on me. (First two seasons version.)

Same on DS9 but on ENT I like that the last two seasons of ENT theme song. the first two seasons were OK but I like the fact of the last two seasons they sped it up. Also I like voyager but not as much as the others

DS9 & V'ger - dreary, self-important-sounding dirges. Terrible.

TNG - stolen from TMP, and thus lazy and not at all original

Only partially stolen. Updated for the new series, and it worked perfectly. TNG felt centred more on the Enterprise as a flagship and less as an exploration vessel, and the soaring theme perfectly captures the grandeur and prestige of Picard's ship. It's exultant, and it really pumps me up for the episode itself.

All themes should sum up how a show feels, and I don't think any of them do that better than TNG.

TOS' theme is iconic.
VOY's is a just a fine piece of music

The TMP theme really became the theme for TNG. I never understood the logic of using it for Star Trek V.

It was the closing theme for four season. It didn't close the pilot, but it was featured in the pilot's final scene.

Yeah, it's always amazing in the opening titles how the presentation of the station and the music work so perfectly together.

Well as only one Trek show has a theme song, it has to be ENT (the S1-2 version).

But as for best theme music I like each to varying degrees but if I were forced to pick I might have to go with TNG's.

Def first two seasons version! It became subtly weird after that.

Anyway TNG normally!
