I loved TNG because of the depth that they went into with each character and with their explorations.
Without the Original series, none of the other Treks would have been possible.
TOS wins my vote!
My thought exactly. However the early voting is telling a different story than is the norm. Enterprise is winning! Maybe we'll just keep getting quized until the right outcome happens.

I love all the shows. Yep everyone one of them, including TAS, ENT & VOY. However, my vote went with DS9. I think DS9 is one of the best written sci-fi dramas ever produced for television. TOS will always have a special place in my heart because as a child of ten in 1966 the original series made me a lifelong fan. But, I think that TNG was a better show, especially from season three on and that DS9 was even better than TNG. VOY wanted to be as good as TNG but never quite achieves that and ENT showed that even though production quality is high that you cannot maintain an audience without great storytelling. They somewhat corrected that in season three and four but by then too much of the Star Trek fanbase had already moved on.

Deep Space Nine. I loved it so much that I was depressed when it ended. 
Love 'em all for different reasons. Started with TAS - not on your list - and if the voting was for TOS/TAS, it might have won over TNG.
TNG was exciting for me because this was the first time I saw a ST series unfold from its first announcement, character descriptions in press releases, casting, etc till the end.
But I enjoy everything ST, taking quite a while to shift allegiances to DS9 and VOY when they started.
I like all Trek, but my favorite series is definitely Enterprise.

The original, and in my opinion, the best of the bunch. Then it would be: TNG, VOY, DS9, Root Canal, ENT.

Mine are mainly TNG and Voyager the most. DS9 is my third favorite.
I did not care much for Enterprise and have not seen TOS

My favorites are TNG and ENT I never watched DS9 and only watched VOY occasionally after the first season I can't watch TOS too painful bad special effects but I did watch a couple of the movies.
