Voyager. No question.
1 VOY
2 TNG (Ever since it was TMP)

5 ENT (Technicaly a song lifted out of freakin' Patch Adams)
However, the longer version of what ended up becoming the closing credits (Archer's Theme) was originaly supposed to be the main title, before they out "hipped" themselves. Had that been the case, the number one spot might have been a little tougher for me.

The original is still my favorite. The Next Gen theme is great, but I always think of it as the TMP theme. The DS9 and VOY themes are ok, but always left me flat. I like the Enterprise theme song quite a bit, its probably my 2nd favorite behind the original (TNG loses points for stealing its theme music from a movie! lol)
DS9, but VOY's is great as well.

Being nostalgic, I most like TOS's theme.
Following that is TNG, even though it's really TMP's theme. After that, it's VOY, then DSN. But ENT's "Courage of the liver," I just despise!

Sorry folks, but I liked ENT, especially the album version. I thought it was gold. However, TNG came in close second.
DS9, followed closely by VOY.
The TOS theme works in the context of the show, I think, but seems a bit cheesy on it's own, though I imagine a new arrangement could be quite interesting.
The TNG theme is great, but it loses points for also being the TMP theme.
DS9's theme, to be honest, never quite did it for me. If I had one sticking point on that show, it would be that the music of that series was mostly Berman's choice of sonic wallpaper, and the theme doesn't fair much better, in my opinion.
VOY's theme, as others have echoed, is spot on, perfectly capturing what the mood was (or should have been) on that series.
ENT's theme gets dumped on, but I don't think it's too bad, at least in the first version, from seasons 1-2. It captured the spirit of the show, and worked well in conjunction with the great looking title sequence. When they upped the tempo, however, it was all wrong, both musically and stylistically with where the series was at that point. Even though, as I said, the DS9 theme doesn't do much for me, the change in tempo in season four was the right thing for that series at that point. ENT in season three feels like it's trying to emulate that change, but in all the wrong ways. Oh well.

The Deep Space Nine theme for me. (Well, if we're talking about the S1-S3 version ...) Without a doubt Dennis McCarthy's best piece.
I also like the Voyager theme, have love for Alexander Courage's classic TOS theme and also can't understand the hate for "Faith Of The Heart". But the DS9 theme is the most majestic of all the themes ...

I voted for DS9, but there should be a distinction between the S1-3 version and the sped up S4-7 version. I prefer the S1-3 version. The whole purpose of the theme song is to bring you into the world of the show. I think DS9 and TNG did a great job of that. TOS doesn't really do much for me because I'm too young, but I can understand how someone living in the 60s might find it cool and exciting so I wouldn't put it down too much.
Also the poll should reflect ENT theme song change too. I forgot when that took place. I think it was S3.

I guess if I was gonna be *that* picky, I should've had a TOS (S1-2) and TOS (S3).
