It's been a while since I've watch SG-1, but I'll go with Bra'tec, Mayborne, Apophis, Walter, and Kinsey.

Atlantis: Major Lorne, Zalenka, and Todd

SGU: Brody, Park, Volker
 
SG1: Thor, Bra'tac, Ba'al, Martouf, Paul Davis, Jacob Carter

SGA: Todd, Ladon Radim, Larrin, Lorne, Zelenka

SGU: General O'Neill, Brody, Park, Volker
 
Sgt. Siler!

Okay, he's not really a character, but it's fun to note him in the background (as well as the number of times he's injured).
 
Lots from SG-1. Dr. Frasier, Bra'tac, Walter, Sgt. Siler (yeah, I count him), Ba'al, Dr. Lee, Major Davis, Maybourne.

Atlantis, Major Lorne, Zelenka, Todd the Wraith, Colonel Caldwell.

SGU, I'd say Telford.

Also, I'd like to toss honourable mention to Major Marks, the bridge officer on any Earth starship. He was on the Prometheus in SG-1's 9th season until it was destroyed, then he spent the rest of season 9 and 10 and The Ark of Truth on the Odyssey. He was on board the Apollo in Be All my Sins Remember'd, then spent all of Atlantis's 5th season on the Daedalus and was on the Hammond in SGU's pilot. That guy gets around.
 
Hey, I forgot about Marks and Siler! How could I do that? Marks is awesome, I love the scene when Daniel tells him he should be ready to fire.

"I'm ALWAYS ready to fire. All I have to do is press this button."

Dr. Lee's awesome too, I forgot about him as well...something's wrong with me. Oh, and Amelia Banks is pretty cool too. Not every 'Gate Tech would kick a Wraith Hybrid in the face with no hesitation whatsoever. Even Ronon was impressed.

I didn't like Caldwell at first, but he grew on me. "Please make that ship go away." His deadpan delivery is incredible.
 
I'm not going to say anything here, because Stargate has a nasty habit of killing off my favorite recurring characters. :shifty:

But like Harvey, I will mention Sgt. "Sparky" Siler, just because I don't think they *can* kill him! :lol:
 
I always thought Stargate did a great job with its recurring characters. I like Siler for sure, Jacob Carter, Bratac, and Colonel Davis. I also liked the President played by William Devane and James McDaniels character I can't remember his name.

From Atlantis I love Dr Zelenka. And Does Jeannie Miller count as a recurring character?
 
^Yeah, but they already established that there are bazillions of alternate Stargate realities out there so...somewhere in the multi-Gate-verse they're still alive. :)
