Chakotay, on Janeway's latest plan (which could, in this case, be aptly described as a "wacky scheme"): "Maybe I should just go to Red Alert now and get it over with."

Somehow, they didn’t appreciate it when I yelled this at my daughter’s AYSO game when she was six.

I have to add a Pike one liner for Star Trek Discovery S2 "Light and Shadows" that I also love:

Pike: "Mr. Tyler...The chair outranks the Badge."

Some classics from the not-particularly-classic Star Trek V:

Sulu: All right, we're lost. But we're making good time!

Kirk: What does God want with a starship?

Spock: Captain, please. Not in front of the Klingons.

STAR TREK V deserves a lot of the hate it gets, but it did have some of the best character interactions and comedic moments of the TOS era films.

The trio camping. Kirk saying how he always knew he'd die alone. Sulu and Chekov lost, and Uhura swearing to secrecy about that. McCoy and his father. And more.

As a whole, the movie was a blunder. But the parts within it justify its existence, 100%.

My favorites are from the first movie (then again, my favorite EVERYTHING is from that movie. :p )

Bones: "Spock, this child is about to wipe out every living thing on Earth! Now what do you suppose we do? Spank it?"

also Bones: "Your child is having a tantrum, Mr. Spock."

lastly, Kirk's final line in the movie: "Out there...thataway!"

DeForest Kelley, God rest him, always gave his scenes everything he had. That was the most moving part of the film.
I agree completely. I was a little surprised to remember all the parts I liked.
