I really liked the pairing of RODRIGUEZ and ANGELA in SHORE LEAVE...it was kind of LOWER DECKish in a way getting to see other characters interacting away from the main crew.

Lt. Leslie, or Lt. Ryan or Lt. Ryan Leslie (which ever you prefer). The lower decks officer that was so good that he died and came back in the next episode.
I had to go with DeSalle. I really liked his presence (even if 2 of the 3 eps he was in are some of my least favorite.) I could see him getting a ship of his own one day. He also had one episode more than Riley and got to command the ship at least once. Riley or Leslie a close second. Leslie had many more episodes, but Riley had far more dialogue.
I voted other because I really don't have a favorite minor crew member.

Riley would be #1...if he had appeared more than twice. Kyle just had so much exposure and such a cool personality(he even got to appear in one of the movies)that he trumped everyone else.
Riley! Kyle kinda developed a cool personality by virtue of being in more episodes (and a film) than Riley. But Riley was great in his two episodes. Shoulda been captain.
