Favorite Klingon episode?

TNG's "Reunion" is hard to top for me. One of my favorite episodes all-time, not just Klingon episodes.

Way of the Warrior does it for me, so much in there and such a gut wrenching dilemna for Worf, but there was never a doubt in anyones mind what he would do.

After that:

Errand of Mercy
Redemption both parts.

And to a lesser extent You are cordially invited, for no other reason other than the path to Kal'Hyah, ..

Absolutely.

I wish some of the establishing traits had been maintained in later Trek, i.e., Klingons always under surveillance, operating together as an efficient unit, etc.

This is a really tough question because I'm such a fan of Klingon stories. Probably easier for me to list a few Greatest Hits:

In fact, I'd probably go so far as to say that Worf's ongoing drama with the Klingon Empire and the fluctuations in his standing with the Empire were my favorite stories in TNG.
