I have to say Ira Steven Behr and Ronald D. Moore are my favorite writers for DS9. I find it impossible to pick between the two of them... they both made such huge contributions to DS9. Not to say the other writers didn't... I just tend to favor episodes penned by them.
I know Behr usually paired up with either Wolfe or Beimler, but his overall vision was part of what made DS9 so great.
And Moore... a lot of his episodes are among my favorites. "THE DARKNESS AND THE LIGHT", "IN THE CARDS", "ROCKS AND SHOALS", "TACKING INTO THE WIND", "OUR MAN BASHIR", "SONS OF MOGH"... the list goes on. And I will always feel indebted to him for officially bringing in the Defiant... he did the teleplay for "THE SEARCH, PART I".
Does anyone have a favorite writer/producer?
