Favorite Doctor costume?

This has probably been posted before, but with all the hype about the costume, thought it was appropiate to create a new thread.


There have been many variants, too many to really list in a poll. Interestingly, three of the most popular Doctors-Pertwee, Tom Baker and Tennant-have arguably the most variations on their basic look.

Tom Baker's is the "coolest", but a lot of that is the actor and his scarf adding to the cool factor. Personally, Eccleston's simple leather ensemble is the most realistic and common. So, I'd say one of those is my fave...

For me, either Pertwee's (pretty much any variation, although I think I prefer the ones without a cape) or Tennant's (I think I like the brown a bit better, and I definitely prefer the look with a tie).

Although, I was watching Revelation of the Daleks the other day, and in a sick and twisted way I think Colin Baker's costume is growing on me....

My favourite is the blue Tenth Doctor's costume. So geek chic; it has elements of a fatherly professor, yet at the same time a youthful exuberance. Really fantastic. And those shoes really fit the doctor; practical, yet not clumsy. I don't like the tie, however; it makes him look much more uptight then he really is. In contrast, the overcoat is just a stroke of genius.

For the Doctors costume, Eccleston's just felt too plain (but at the same time is the one I'd most likely wear out of any of them)

For the Doctor, I think Pertwee, Mcgann or Tennants were my favourite

Ironically, the outfit I liked best was the one in which Pertwee regenerated into Baker...sans the bowtie. Otherwise, I'd say McCoy - TVM version.

Tom Baker's is my favourite. I also like Tennant's. And Peter Davison's. 5's seems more like a costume than real clothes but I still like it.

I love the idea of Davison's costume more than how it actually turned out. Tennant and Ecclston's looks have really suited them, and I have to say I liked McCoy's duffle coat. Too many question marks but the look was right.

I like Smith's look too...

 

[The Nth Doctor]

There's no topping The Fourth Doctor's costume (sans the final season). The Tenth Doctor's blue suit and trenchcoat costume is pretty awesome, too.
