PM Malachi is played by ... Malachi Throne.

Wow. That IS embarrassing.

It's made even worse by how I immediately recalled Throne's turn as Commodore Mendez in the classic Trek episode "The Menagerie" ..... and still didn't make the connection. Go figure.

It's sad we didn't get more of Emperor Turhan, because I enjoyed his soft-spoken portrayal that stood in such stark contrast to the normally bombastic Centauri portrayal.

That's why I like it... It's just discomforting enough to question if you should be laughing or feeling sorry for Refa finally getting his comeuppance.
