My "favourites" are actors I've seen and enjoyed in non-Trek roles (and would probably watch something new if they were in it), but not necessarily my favourite Trek actors.

I'm basing my choices primarily on the actors' roles/performances in their respective series, with one exception. I belonged to a DeForest Kelley fan club in my salad days, and also had the great delight of seeing him at two conventions, many years apart (one in 1975 and one in the late 80s), and the man was the warmest, most completely charming human being I've ever had the delight of seeing. So while I always liked McCoy, I sheerly adored Kelley.

Also, in the interests of spreading the love, I don't want to name any given actor more than once. So I've only named Sir Patrick and Ms. Mulgrew for their original series.
