Fav Trek BESIDES your first seen Trek

Hmm. The way the thread is titled, I assumed it meant episodes. I remember (from back in 5th grade, over 40 years ago) seeing the end of "A Taste of Armageddon," the beginning of "Space Seed," and I'm pretty sure "Devil in the Dark" was the first one I saw all the way through. And I would be hard-pressed to decide on a single favorite episode, even just TOS, much less across all series.

But a favorite series, other than the first I encountered (TOS)? TNG, hands-down. Probably the purest expression of Roddenberry's vision.

I suppose technically I saw TOS first, and DS9 is my favourite.

If we call Star Trek one universe for the sake of discussion, I've also loved Babylon 5, Firefly and Battlestar Galactica.

Did Discovery come out already and I missed it?

yeah but everyone kept bugging me and a mod basically threatened to move it somewhere where no one would see it if I didn't explain, as though it couldn't have easily been figured out. doesn't really matter any more, I know it was early to call it, but DS9 had 5, TNG had 2, Voyager had 1, TOS had 0. I already knew anyway, and I prefer TOS. but it's the first I've ever seen and I've seen the most of it.

I first saw Star Trek: The Next Generation, but my favorite is Star Trek: The Original Series.

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine had the best plot and characters.

somebody voted for sg1. what do you think they would have voted for if sg1 wasn't an option? their vote doesn't count, why would I have wanted them to have voted for a star trek series when, if they had, I would have never known that their vote didn't count?
