Good choice in cars from what I say, the trucks were beautiful, shame they smashed the Gran National. I'll go see it.

I've not seen the 2 sequels but do think this looks good. The 2F&2F along with Tokyo Drift were movies I've intended to Netflix for some time but just haven't.
I agree the tagline New Model. Original Parts. is some brilliant marketing by someone at the studio.
"You dated his sister? Your lucky."
"Why"
"Your still breathing."
Although I do take points off for lack of a proper title for the film.

This 4th film is basically titled the same. All that is missing are the "the's" in the title. The only reason/excuse I see is an extension of that tagline New Model Original Parts and by naming this 4th entry essentially the same as the 1st it keeps the theme of the marketing linear.
I thought Drift would end this franchise despite its modest return at the US box office. I'm guessing Vin Diesel et als willingness to return is the sole reason this movie got made. They all need a hit(pending Babylon A.D. for Vin)
I may see it, depends on how the summer shapes up in '09.

I enjoyed the original a lot but I skipped the second thanks to the absence of Diesel. I checked out #3 on a lark and actually enjoyed it a lot as well, so I'm looking forward to the return of so many original cast members in this one.
