I always wanted a Law & Order/Trek crossover. With this crew the Orion Syndicate has to fear the worst. And Olivia would be great for Ziyal. Stabler prevents Damar from killing Ziyal. There is hope for many Bajoran war victims.

Munch would be great, too. Together with Odo. As to Elliot: he is nothing against the guy in Chicago P.D. He burnt a suspect on a hotplate....... Stabler vs. Dukat or even better STABLER VS GARAK!!!! Any thoughts?

I've not seen Chicago P.D., and I'm only aware of Odo because he used to be on the 'Benson' show, heh. Never watched DS9.
Forgoing years of therapy, Elliot might instead benefit from a week or two spent with Worf & Troi. Maybe some Klingon Ritual holodeck sims. He's a powerful ally, just needs to reign in that rage and those physical outbursts.
One of my uncles was the sheriff of a town in Upstate, NY for decades, so I've seen/heard it all in regards to the monsters among us (had to 'deal' with my share of 'em, too), but you've got to retain at least some semblance of professionalism/control/humanity, lest you become a 'monster', as well.
Could you imagine Stabler on Sisko’s bridge? There has never been two more tense, stressed out individuals in all of time! Together, one would definitely bust a blood vessel.Garak remains usually calm even when threatening someone. Former member of the Obsidian Order. So I would say Garak and Troi would be suited to handle Stabler....
Chu'lak's traumatic problems aside. It would really be something to see a Vulcan Counsellor at work on board on an all or mostly Vulcan ship!
