Here is a Youtube link to the HoloNet Audio STAR TREK fanfiction playlist. There are seven audio tracks so far, all family-friendly fanfiction. Three of the tracks are part of a trilogy ("The Huxton Trilogy"), the rest are standalone stories.

I'm fundraising for a fan film (the second in a series). I want to respect the rules of Trek BBS. Can we post about open positions for the production somewhere on Trek BBS?

I've got nothing against AI voicework If It's Done Well.* There are professional software packages out there that compensate the voiceover artists who supply the original audio.
In practice, most of it's monotonous. You'd have to have quite a library, I imagine, and cast it with the same care you'd give to live performers.

1. Starship panel generator, it generates panels in a variety of styles, two are TOS and TNG styled, though there are other franchises covered. I'll be the first to admit they are not perfect replicas, but they are a bit of fun. The panels can be exported as a deployable html file for you to use as you wish - CC licence. Audio can be switched on and off. Clicking the hamburger shows/hides the controls where you can pick your style and panel type.
2 LCARS - TOS - this screen is closer to the proper TOS looks.
The buttons on the left do something, including recording your logs! The buttons on the right open a page locally, which I don't think I have not made any yet. I've put it on an old windows 8 tablet and it works well.
