fan-made walking dead opening credits

Honestly, Darabont should just save some time and cash, use this and give the person that made it the "break" they so richly deserve.

Quite, quite brilliant, with an inspired music selection.

However, what I expect to see come Hallowe'en is a credit sequence that uses "Found" and "Newsreel" footage of some kind.... dunno why, just do.

Hugo - simply couldn't be more excited for this show

Cleverly done, but I have the feeling it's the wrong style for the show (maybe based on the poster art I've seen.) Hugo Rune's found-footage idea is probably more on the mark.

That's a good point. New audience members could benefit from a credits sequence that gives a little bit of background info on the setting.

I'd lead towards thinking that it will have an opening credits sequence. All of the other AMC shows (Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Rubicon) do, so I think it's likely The Walking Dead will as well. As for this fan-made sequence: perfect, absolutely perfect. It also reminds me that I'm behind on the comics and should get caught up...
