I was playing Fallout 3 and I got to the citidel, i was wandering around and I found the doctor there, a robot, i needed healing so I went up to it and it said "please state the nature of the medical emergency"

and it crippled my head when I asked it to heal me >.>

There's a similar reference in Starcraft from the Medic unit, two such references actually:

"He's dead, Jim."
"State the nature of your medical emergency!"

Some of the other units feature lines from Star Trek also. Fun stuff.
