Seems interesting. After enjoying Fallout 3 I've been meaning to go back and play Fallout 1 and 2, I might have to try this mod.

I'm confused. The restoration project 1.2 which you are referring to was released over half a year ago. Version 1.3 is on the verge of being released, but has been delayed several times. So why make an annoucement about this?
